DIRECTIONS:
From Beltway I-495, take I-95 South toward Springfield take exit for Rt 644 Franconia Road (heading east).  Cloverleaf back over I-95 South heading east. Take high road past Springfield Mall.  At first light get in right lane, after second light 50 yards turn right on Inwood.  5th House on left.  Mailbox has two bright yellow dots.  Large 60 pigeonhole box is at end of driveway hanging from house.  Incoming packages go on the right and outgoing everywhere else.

Steve Long has served in various offices of the Metro DC Virginia Adult Soccer Association ("MDCVSA") including State Registrar, Executive Secretary and Recording Secretary. He has also managed the National and State Cups for MDCVSA. He is also a Cyber Soccer Associates (American-Soccer-News.com) correspondent for DC United. He has also served as State Men's and Women's Select Teams Administrator and as the Region One Men's Select Team Administrator.

New players:

1.    The team representative should obtain blank passes from me. They will be in an envelope with your team name in one of the pigeonholes in the big hanging box at the end of my driveway on the left rear corner of my house.  If the light is out at night, reach above the box and pull the string to turn it on.

2.    Fill the card out: State Association = "unaffiliated;"  Date = "mm/dd/yy;"  Season = "09-10;" League = "WISL". Leave: Division, Reg Comm, Pass Issued all blank.

3.    Attach player's picture (face about the size of a quarter and clearly the player, not a blob). Do not use staples.

4.    Submit the above with a signed waiver form (many players may sign the same waiver - I encourage that - less bulk) and $2 per new pass to me by placing it in an envelope in the right column (INCOMING) of the big hanging box.

5.    For the first two weeks, I will not do retail. Group your player passes and submit as a block. After that, it's call first and maybe get lucky.

6.    Return in two days, and your passes will be in an envelope in one of the other (OUTGOING) pigeonholes.

Returning Players:

All passes must be dropped off as above, but they should be separated into those returning and those being dropped. The same two day pickup rule applies.

At the beginning of each seasonal year (Fall season, September) you must turn in ALL passes you hold to be revalidated.  I will turn them around per the above.
